Our hero David battles the giants in an epic fight to the death.

This image was created for a spec movie poster. I used ZBrush to create, pose, and texture the characters, 3ds max and VRay to light and render, and Photoshop to create textures as well as do compositing of elemental layers, color correction, curve adjustment and other final tweaks. Hair effects were also painted by hand in Photoshop. It took me over two months to complete. The final render was done at 6667x6000.
